Artefact is a native macOS application developed by ecolution engineering gmbh. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data Artefact collects — which is essentially none.

Data Collection

Artefact does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All your documents, images, signatures, and stamps remain on your device.

• No analytics or tracking
• No network requests
• No user accounts
• No cloud storage
• No third-party SDKs

Local Storage

Artefact stores your signatures and stamps locally in the application support directory on your Mac. This data never leaves your device.

File Access

Artefact only accesses files that you explicitly open via the file picker or drag & drop. The app runs in a sandboxed environment and cannot access files without your permission.

Changes to this Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Since Artefact collects no data, we don't anticipate significant changes.
